Mark Merchant is a highly skilled, passionate leader in the trades industry with more than 20 years’ experience delivering high quality specialist HVAC services. Mark has built an enviable reputation in the southeast Queensland construction industry due to his track record for reliability, consistency and excellent craftsmanship.
Despite being born in New South Wales, Mark is a dedicated advocate for Brisbane and Queensland. His genuine appreciation for the value of trades and the construction industry in Australia is unmatched.
Tim has a proven track record as a dedicated, organised and efficient project manager with a talent for maintaining client relationships through honest and clear communication. Tim has been working in the construction industry since 2012 when he began his apprenticeship to obtain his Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning. He is a dedicated family man and a respected leader who is passionate about upholding a culture of comradery at work.
Steve is an industry veteran with a broad insight into the mechanical services and construction sectors. In the 1980s Steve began his career as a storeman in Sydney for a major refrigeration company and has performed a wide variety of roles in construction. Steve is passionate about helping businesses grow and since 2009 has worked as a business development manager, national construction manager and estimator.
Dave is an experienced, motivated and talented trade worker who has embraced mentorship since joining the Chill Merchants. In the late 2000s Dave gained his first trade qualification in metal and sheet metal fabrication. He then completed a Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning working on installation projects for major Queensland companies. As a project manager Dave is a respected leader and mentor who uses his skills and experience to guide and support the team.
As scheduling coordinator Jacqui is an efficient organiser, dedicated and valued member of the team. Her career background features an array of administration tasks in pre and post construction for family-owned trade businesses. For the past 10 years Jacqui’s daily role has been focused on scheduling. She is determined, driven, personable and brings positive energy to the team.
